Flower Subscriptions

Half Moon’s Farm offers a Spring Flower Subscription, starting at the end of March or early April and continuing through June. Half Moon’s Farm offers these subscriptions to share our field grown flowers with the local community. Farmer Brianne creatively assembles arrangements that offer fresh, long-lasting seasonal blooms.
